Who We Are

AutoBizz is a global technology solutions partner helping businesses in 25+ countries thrive in the digital landscape. We specialize in data automation, advanced analytics, and scalable software development delivering innovative solutions from AI-powered tools to ERP/CRM systems and e-commerce automation.

We value creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning, and believe technology should be both functional and beautifully designed.

We're now looking for a Junior Front-End Engineer to help us build engaging, responsive, and user-friendly web experiences. If you enjoy coding clean interfaces and bringing designs to life, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Junior Front-End Engineer, you'll play a key role in building responsive, interactive, and visually engaging web experiences for our clients and internal platforms. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React.js preferred).
  • Work closely with back-end developers to implement functional, user-centric interfaces.
  • Integrate and manage APIs, and work with tools like Redux Toolkit or Zustand for state management.
  • Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure top-quality deliverables.
  • Stay updated with emerging front-end trends, tools, and best practices.

Who We're Looking For

We're searching for someone passionate about front-end development and eager to grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, along with experience in modern frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js.
  • Practical experience in responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with Git and working within collaborative development workflows.
  • Familiarity with APIs, caching, and SSR/ISR concepts, with a readiness to learn and improve further.
  • Experience using Tailwind CSS (or the ability to adopt it quickly).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with great attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with the Next.js framework
  • Knowledge of image optimization techniques using CDNs
  • Familiarity with using Docker for versioning and deployment
  • Hands-on experience with animation libraries like GSAP, Framer Motion, or Lenis
  • Understanding of automated testing tools and workflows

Our Culture

If these matches, we are looking forward to meeting you:

Crew Mindset

We see ourselves as crewmates steering the same ship. Everyone pulls in the same direction, supports each other, and shares responsibility for getting to the destination. Wins are celebrated together, and challenges are faced together.

Agnostic Tech Approach

We pick the right tool for the job and stay tech-agnostic. Our priority is clean, maintainable solutions that fit the client's context, not chasing trends or locking into unnecessary platforms.

Keep it simple

We favour practical, straightforward solutions. Start with the least-complex approach that works - fewer API calls, lower cloud costs, clearer UIs and only add complexity when there's a clear reason, especially on the Users side.

Intellectual honesty

We value truth over comfort. Speak up when something isn't working, back opinions with facts, seek real feedback, and acknowledge mistakes quickly so we can fix them. No ego. No blame. Just clarity, feedback, and problem-solving.

Going Beyond

We celebrate those who exceed "just enough." Whether it's adding unexpected polish, improving a process no one asked to touch, or mentoring a teammate, above-and-beyond actions create long-term wins, but make sure to communicate them so they're recognized.

What's In It For You

We believe in rewarding talent and fostering growth:

  • Salary: BDT 25,000 - 30,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Quarterly performance bonuses
  • Festival bonuses (2x per year)
  • Annual salary review
  • Remote-first work culture with flexible schedule
  • Opportunity to work on high-profile global and diverse projects
  • Collaborative, innovative, and supportive team culture
  • Learning & development opportunities to grow your career in front-end and full-stack development
