We’re now looking for a Junior Data Analyst who’s passionate about turning data into actionable insights. If you love working with numbers, automation tools, and real-world business data, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Junior Data Analyst, you’ll work closely with the Data and Business Intelligence team to analyze, visualize, and automate data flows across multiple client and internal projects. You’ll play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources (spreadsheets, APIs, databases, etc.).
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and outliers.
Assist in building dashboards and reports using Looker Studio or Tableau.
Automate repetitive data tasks using Google Sheets, Excel formulas.
Understand client scenarios and requirements and build dashboards and streamlined processes in a spreadsheet or studio dashboards in accordance.
Support data validation, error checking, and process documentation.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate analytics into business systems.
Prepare visualizations and summaries for client reports or presentations.
Contribute ideas to improve data accuracy, accessibility, and reporting efficiency.
Stay updated with data tools, visualization techniques, and automation best practices.

Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who’s curious, analytical, and detail-oriented — someone who can see the story behind the numbers and help turn data into decisions.

Core Skills & Qualifications

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (have done automation and analytics projects based on them).
Basic proficiency in SQL for querying datasets.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, or Looker Studio).
Experience with data cleaning and transformation processes. Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver accurate results on time.

Nice to Have

Understanding of database design and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with Google Sheets automation.
Familiarity with ETL tools or data pipelines. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) on the e-commerce domain, and have already done projects on this sector.
