We’re now looking for a Junior Associate- Business Development to support our growth initiatives, connect with potential clients, and contribute to strategic business expansion. If you’re passionate about business strategy, client communication, and technology-driven solutions, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Junior Associate- Business Development, you’ll assist in driving new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the overall sales and marketing process. You’ll work closely with the Business Development Lead and Marketing Team to identify growth prospects and help position AutoBizz as a trusted global partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients, industries, and partnership opportunities.
  • Support outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, Upwork, email, and CRM tools.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents for clients..
  • Maintain and update client databases, leads, and follow-up trackers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to guide sales strategies. Contribute creative ideas to improve lead generation, conversion, and client engagement processes.
  • Create and manage social media content calendars to support business development goals, ensuring consistent brand presence and engagement across platforms.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone proactive, curious, and eager to learn how businesses grow in the tech industry. You don’t need to know everything — just bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Core Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  • Good understanding of sales, marketing, or business development processes.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a growth-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or related tools).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Upwork lead generation.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing or email outreach strategies.
  • Experience writing or reviewing business proposals or pitch decks.
  • Basic understanding of software development, SaaS or automation tools.
